Join University of Illinois instructor and meat judging coach, Caroline Downey, to learn about meat science, discuss carcass evaluation, complete a meat fabrication, and cooking demonstration. 

Ages: Open to youth ages 8-18. You do not have to be a 4-H member to attend.

Register by April 21.
