This is a hands on learning experience for all youth to learn the basics of flower arranging and assist in learning the requirements for a flower arranging 4-H project.  This will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 5-7 pm at the Wabash County Extension Office located at 738 N Market St, Mt. Carmel, IL 62863.
