Join Illinois Extension for a FREE brain health series starting in February! All programs are held on Mondays at 10 a.m. at the Chester Public Library, 733 State St., Chester, IL 62233. This three-part series will explore lifestyle choices that contribute to overall brain health. The second part of this series will explore the different types of memory and learn strategies to lessen everyday forgetfulness.
