Join Illinois Extension for a FREE brain health series starting in February! All programs are held on Mondays at 10 a.m. at the Chester Public Library, 733 State St., Chester, IL 62233. This three-part series will explore lifestyle choices that contribute to overall brain health. The third part of this series will help you identify normal age-related changes in the brain.
