Join Illinois Extension for Cook and Connect, a hands-on cooking experience designed for youth ages 9–13. Participants will explore new flavors, practice teamwork, and learn mindful eating habits. Each month, youth will prepare fun recipes and discover how to slow down and truly enjoy their food.
