Join Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Kris Juelfs, RD, for a monthly series focused on simple ways to improve health and well-being.  Start the new year off with wellness this January. Wellness is so much more than healthy eating and being active. Learn the 8 dimensions of wellness and how they connect to your daily stress, energy, and mood at the January session.

Cook and Connect with Extension

A hands-on cooking experience designed for youth ages 9–13. Participants will explore new flavors, practice teamwork, and learn mindful eating habits. Each month, youth will prepare fun recipes and discover how to slow down and truly enjoy their food.
