4-H Decoupage Workshop

4-H members in Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pulaski, and Union Counties are invited to participate in a fun, hands-on workshop at Vienna High School on April 16 at 6:00 p.m. Learn how to use the decoupage technique to create trinket dishes.
