Meghan Cope is our dedicated 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator, on a mission to expand the impact of 4-H Youth Development initiatives in Madison and St. Clair counties.

In her role, she collaborates passionately with our team and volunteers to orchestrate an exciting array of 4-H events, workshops, school programs, and engaging activities. Her meticulous planning ensures these initiatives run seamlessly.

Meghan's dedication extends beyond the office. With 11 years of personal experience as a 4-Her, she embodies the values and commitment of the program. She is driven to identify and address key priority areas within Extension 4-H youth programs, with a particular focus on serving under-served youth audiences. Her personal journey and dedication make her a vital part of our 4-H community.
