MONTICELLO – University of Illinois Extension 4-H in Macon and Piatt Counties are partnering with the Monticello Area Arts Council to host an art exhibit 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, September 7 and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 8. The MAAC is located at 224 E. Livingston in Monticello and the art studio is on the west end of the building. This free exhibit is open to the public and will showcase artwork from the 2019 Macon-Piatt 4-H show.
The 4-H program is provided through Illinois Extension and is open to youth ages 8 to 18. Youth learn skills for living by participating in individual or group learning experiences related to more than 200 project areas.
