MANSFIELD, Ill. – The technology of robotics has filtered into our workplaces and homes. There is no doubt that robotics has the potential to affect positive change, and our youth need to understand what this means for their future.
“Get a glimpse into the world of Robotics,” says 4-H Youth Development Coordinator Kendra Wallace. “We will learn the many ways robots are used, see some demonstrations, and have some hands-on interaction with robots.”
4-H Intro to Robotics will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on March 31 at Blue Ridge Township Library, 116 E. Oliver St., Mansfield, Ill. Register by March 25 at go.illinois.edu/introrobotics. This event is free, and you do not need to be a member of 4-H to attend. For more information, please contact Kendra Wallace at kendraw3@illinois.edu or call 217-762-2191.
