Mad scientists are set to brew up experiments at Sterling Public Library

Have you ever wanted to make your own lava lamp, see raisins dance, or create a bouncy ball?  Now, youth ages 8-18 can!  The 4-H Mad Scientist workshop will occur on Monday, October 16th, from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. at the Sterling Public Library. During this free, one-hour program, participants will engage in hands-on activities delivered by University of Illinois Extension 4-H staff.  A minimum of five participants is required. Pre-registration is required by Wednesday, October 11th, by calling Sterling Public Library at 815-625-1370.
