ROCKFORD, Ill- Winnebago County 4-H will be holding its first 2023 4-H show on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the University of Illinois Extension Office at 6 pm. Youth ages 8-18 years old will present speeches on a wide variety of topics from Formal Speeches to Oral Interpretations.
