Julian Inniss graduated from Mount Saint Clare College with a bachelor's of general studies.  Julian started his work for University of Illinois Extension as a 4-H special interest (SPIN) program coordinator in 2012 serving Henderson, Knox, McDonough and Warren counties. During Julian's time as a SPIN coordinator, he has completed the Illinois 4-H Shooting Sports coordinator training. He also is a For Inspiration and Recognition for Science and Technology (FIRST) volunteer for the FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge.

Julian coordinates the robotics and shooting sports SPIN programs in our local communities. SPIN clubs are led by volunteers who have a passion and want to share their knowledge with youth.

Julian believes that 4-H promotes life-long learning that improves the quality of life today and prepares youth for a successful future. He also believe that through research-based education, our volunteers are empowered to use their skills and talents to teach youth valuable life skills through hands-on learning experiences.
