Community Outreach Worker - Adams County
As a Community Outreach Worker, your primary responsibilities will be to provide information to local community members (adults and youth) on basic nutrition, physical activity, and buying food for individuals and families in need - executing the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) plan.
