Eleazar Edwards, a Southeast Missouri State University graduate, is passionate about addressing food insecurity through collaboration and local partnerships. After roles in higher education administration and at Procter & Gamble, he joined the University of Illinois Extension as a Visiting Outreach Associate. Eleazar supports the Southern Illinois Food Access Initiative, using his expertise in marketing, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen food security and create a sustainable infrastructure within communities in need.
