Tiffany has served the Illinois Extension unit of Clark County as the Office Support Assistant since 2013. As part of her duties in that role, she worked behind the scenes preparing educational materials for the iDREAM and iCREATE curricula and assisted with implementing this program in classrooms.

Beginning in January 2023, she began a new role as 4-H Extension Program Coordinator. She continues coordinating programming for iDREAM and iCREATE and will build partnerships with schools in Clark, Crawford, and Edgar counties. Her signature program is Welcome to the Real World, a program for youth in grades middle and high school that culminates in a simulation experience in which students choose a post-graduation path and make a series of related real-world decisions.
