Carol Van Matre began working full time with Extension in May of 2012 as a SNAP-Ed Community Worker.  The position with Illinois Nutrition Education Programs (INEP) has given her the opportunity to work in both Wabash and Lawrence Counties.  One thing Carol enjoys most about her job is being able to teach all ages how to eat healthy and become more aware of how good nutrition and physical activity can positively affect the body.
