Western Illinois Leadership Academy (WILA) is a 20-year old leadership program that emphasizes the importance of regionalism. It brings together motivated individuals from Adams, Brown, Hancock and Pike counties who want to improve their leadership skills and knowledge of important community issues in order to make positive change in their communities.

WILA brings together emerging, motivated leaders from Western Illinois. The program offers a system for participants to learn from and communicate with current leaders from all sectors of the community.

Cost for the program is $325 (includes food & materials). Registration may be paid by the participant, sponsoring employer/organization or any combination thereof. Please contact Shelby Crow if you need assistance paying the registration fee.
