Stephenson County 4-H Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Highland Community College Cafeteria in Building H.  Dinner will be catered by Cimino's in Freeport.  Registration is limited to 165 individuals so please be sure to register early.
