ECIMN - Annual Meeting 2019

Saturday, November, 9th - Salt Fork Center at Homer Lake. 

The Master Naturalist Annual Meeting at Homer Lake is the time to reconnect with MN friends, meet new MNs and welcome the current class. We invite you to come out at 8:30 a.m. and enjoy coffee and a breakfast buffet. Hear about this past year's accomplishments during a brief presentation, vote to elect new board members, discuss the Master Naturalist program with administrators, and stay for a naked tree walkHope to see you there!

We will have 2020 Master Naturalist Calendars for sale and ECIMN license plate covers and decals available free of cost.

In an effort to conserve, please consider bringing your own water bottle or coffee mug. Although materials will be available. 

Agreements:

This year in addition to the annual agreement, we will be asking for you to sign a one-time-only Risk and Release Agreement as well. Both are required to volunteer with us in 2020.

Agenda:

8:30 a.m. Coffee, oatmeal bar buffet, and social time

9 a.m. Annual Business Meeting/election of board members

10 a.m. Meet and mingle with the administration. Invited administrators include U of I Extension County Director Ginger Boas, Master Naturalist State Coordinator Dave Shiley, Horticulture Educator Ryan Pankau, Program Coordinator Amanda Christenson, and possibly our new Local Foods and Small Farm Educator. Plus our amazing Master Naturalist Board Members and volunteers! 

11 a.m. Meeting clean up followed by the Fall Tree Walk with Ryan Pankau and Elizabeth Jeffrey
