Houseplants are as popular as ever but it can be difficult to know what the lighting, care, and watering requirements are needed in order to keep them alive long term. Learn about some of the most popular and easiest to grow houseplants and some tips for houseplant success.

Candice Hart is the State Master Gardener Specialist with University of Illinois Extension providing leadership to the Illinois State Master Gardener Program. Candice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and a Master’s Degree in Ag Education, both from the University of Illinois.
