Creating a Live Evergreen Wreath with Master Gardener Pat Sollars

The Vermilion County Master Gardeners will once again hold their seasonal “Make a Holiday Wreath” event on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

The class will start at 6 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at 100 North Franklin, Danville, Illinois. This is a LIVE Program and not a Webinar.

Master Gardener Pat Sollars will demonstrate how to create a live wreath made of various evergreens.

Attendees will follow instructions and make their own wreath to take home.

Your $20 fee includes a metal wreath ring, floral wire, pinecones and a variety of fresh evergreens.

We will have ribbon, however attendees are welcome to bring wired ribbon, along with decorations to add their own personal style.

You may also wish to bring hand pruners to trim greens and garden gloves to protect your hands.

Register now, as this class fills up quickly and we are unable to take walk-ins. 

Attendees may pay with cash or check at the Vermilion County Extension Office (3164 North Vermilion, Danville).

Credit card payments may only be processed online here through the University of Illinois Extension website.
