From the cave of giant crystals to the Sami culture’s reindeer to the Brazilian Tree Ocelot, participants will learn about just how amazing the world is around them!  They will research and learn about a country based on what the participant's "spark" (interest) is.

Each meeting will review a new country and topic of interest. The final date, we will do a culminating event, open to the public, where all participants will display their information and host a mini activity.

This program is tailored for youth age 8-14.  However, all youth age 6-18 from any county and regardless of 4-H status are welcome to attend.  However, parents must stay for all youth ages 6-8 and youth older than 14 need to be ok with discussions and activities geared toward younger youth.

The programs will take place in Manhattan Tuesday afternoons on 10/17, 11/21, 1/16, and 2/20.

Register by October 3rd!
