We have some fun and educational sessions ready for all youth ages 8-13. Younger youth want to participate? No problem - we have our 4-H Cloverbud session all morning for youth ages 5-7. Sessions fill up fast so sign up early!
Cross Stitch Ornaments - want to learn how to cross stitch? Come to this session and learn how to create a cute cross-stitched ornament to take home or give as a gift.
Seed Art Ornaments- How creative can you get with different kinds of seeds? All different sizes and shapes of seeds can be fun to decorate with. Come take a seed and see what you can create!
Stone Tic-Tac-Toe– 3 in a row! Come create a fun tic-tac-toe game to play this holiday season. You can do reindeer vs. snowflakes, candy cane vs. elf, stockings vs. ornament. Use your creativity to paint two types of stones.
Holiday Holiday, Makey Makey– Bring your imagination and we’ll bring the supplies to create some cool holiday circuits. Learn with the 4-H Teen Teachers about conductors and insulators and create some holiday magic!
Marbled Art Holiday Cards– 'Tis the season to express your creativity and send warm wishes with our holiday card craft kits! Unleash your artistic talents and craft personalized marbled cards that will delight friends and family and spread the holiday cheer.
Mini Winter Hat ornaments– Brrrrr. . . its cold out there. Time to be crafty and create mini little winter yarn hat ornaments or a small garland of them if you are quick!
Slime and Origami Snowflakes– Ooey, gooey winter slime to play with over winter break. Learn your hand at origami by making origami snowflakes!
Elf Grape Juice Jelly- You don't need fresh fruit to create this delicious grape jelly recipe. Come learn how the elves make their yummy jelly and take some home to enjoy or give as a gift.
Goth Glue Reindeer- Create a mixed-media reindeer, ready to ring in the holiday season, utilizing black glue, watercolors, and permanent markers. This adorable deer is perfect for gift-giving or framing for your own holiday décor.
Save the Snowmen: A Coding Adventure- HELP! The snowmen are stuck in the blizzard and need help getting back to the cabin. Work with your team to guide your snowman through the white-out conditions using coding techniques in this chilly puzzle.
5-7 year olds (Cloverbud age youth)- these youth will be in a session all to themselves with lots of fun winter and holiday themed activities, crafts, games and more planned.
