Click here to see a challenge from Living Lands and Waters!
We are challenging your 4-H Club to a litter clean up in honor of the National Day of Service (April 27)! Get your club members together, head outdoors, and pick up trash!
To Do:
- Have your 4-H leader complete the required registration form by April 12. Members’ shirt sizes will be needed for the form.
- Pick a day that works for your club members between April 22 and May 24.
- Choose a location where members can easily and safely spread out and cover more ground. Parks are great locations!
- Collect all bags of trash at the end of the day and weigh them. Send a picture of the final weight and of your club in their Nature Day t-shirts to your county’s 4-H coordinator.
We will have scales available at each county office for check-out if you cannot access a scale.
Win Living Lands and Waters swag!
The club in each county with the highest weight of trash will win a $50 Shop 4-H voucher and Living Lands and Waters swag!
