Are you motivated to take action to make your community and environment better for everyone? Grab your CAPE! Join 4-H in this unique, youth-led initiative to be changemakers. Community Action Projects for the Environment (CAPE) will guide youth, ages 11-18, in learning more about local environmental issues. Participants will develop a project addressing a local issue and implement an action plan to tackle it. The Environmental Education Association of Illinois will provide funding to implement the developed project! Afterward, the team will reflect on the experience and its impact. This multi-session experience will take place June 25-28, from 2-4 p.m., at Sauk Valley Community College.
