Have fun and learn basic dance skills through games and activities. We’ll warm up with activities in balance, endurance, rhythm, stretching, and more before diving into several dance styles including ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, and kick. The four sessions are designed to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, and decrease potential injury, all while moving and grooving! For ages 8 to 14.
