The Oak Tree Savannah Planting Workshop & Community Service Project is a hands-on event focused on planting 25 oak trees at Wock Lake in Jerseyville. This project is a grant-funded collaboration with Jersey County 4-H, the City of Jerseyville, and the Jersey County Soil & Water Conservation District. We are inviting kids and volunteers to join us in planting trees while learning about the importance of Oak Tree Savannah habitats and their role in local ecosystems. It's a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and gain valuable knowledge about conservation efforts!

Bring shovels and gloves if you have them!

*Cloverbud (ages 5-7) participation requires a parent to stay for the entire event.
