Preserve at Home

Preserving at home is easier than you think!  Learn skills and resources to safely waterbath and pressure can and preserve through freezing, drying, and fermentation.  Turn your garden and farmer's market produce into jams, pickles, fruit leather, and more to enjoy during the winter months.  Food samples will be provided.  Bring dial-gauge pressure canner lids and gauges for a free accuracy test.  There is a $5 charge for each participant.
