Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop on August 23 that will spark your imagination, sharpen your communication skills, and help you connect more deeply—with nature and with others.

At “The Art of Interpretation and Teaching,” award-winning storyteller, creativity trainer, artist, and listening coach Marilyn Price will lead a fun, immersive day of discovery. You’ll explore how to listen with purpose, communicate more effectively using questions, speak with clarity, and engage different learning styles—all while having a great time.

The session will take place at the Illinois Extension office in Sterling IL, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and includes lunch. $30 per person. Don’t miss this unique chance to learn from our special guest. Register today! (Note: This workshop is part of the 2025 Master Naturalist Training series. It is also available to any adult as an individual session, with registration in the same online form. Those registered for the full training program do not need to register for the individual public sessions separately.)
