Fuel & Fit Series for Kids

Kids, ages 8-14, will explore healthy eating habits and learn to make easy snacks or dinners, then try new ways to be active, including tennis, basketball, yoga and more! The Fuel & Fit series will take place each Tuesday at the Westwood Fitness & Sports Center facilities, from September 23 through October 28, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The $75 fee covers the full, six-session program, all supplies and use of Westwood facilities.
