Making meals from produce, corn, pumpkin, apples

Join Illinois Master Gardener, Nancy Gmitro, each month to focus on one special food ingredient and build a delicious, creative meal around it. This free, hands-on series will take place at the York Township Public Library, Thomson, on the third Monday of each month, from 5-6:30 p.m. Contact the library to register at 815-259-2480.

Classes will take place October 20, November 17 and December 15.
