Come learn from the Macon County Master Gardeners why, when, and how to prune fruit trees for long-term health and productivity. Volunteers will demonstrate proper pruning techniques, and participants will have the opportunity to practice hands-on pruning using the many trees in the orchard at the Crossing Healthcare Garden.
These dates are weather permitting, outdoor workshops. Participants should dress for the weather and bring gloves and pruning tools if available.
