Sourdough Made Simple

With the help of wild yeasts and bacteria, turn simple ingredients into flavorful loaves of sourdough. In this class, learn the basics of sourdough breadmaking, including caring for starter cultures, shaping and proofing, and troubleshooting common problems. Participants will mix up a jar of starter to take home.
