Sterling, Ill. - This year’s University of Illinois Extension 4-H multi-county dog show was held virtually between June 20 and June 28. This is the third year that Carroll, DeKalb, Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside counties have participated in a multi-county show.
All participants were encouraged to upload either photos or videos, depending on class, for a judge to review starting June 22. Despite unusual circumstances for this year’s show, 13 participants submitted entries with their furry friends, from their backyards, garages, and homes.
Nine 4-H members from Lee and Whiteside counties competed in the virtual show. Five 4-H members from Lee County including Alexis Crawford, Logan Crawford, Jacob Warrenfeltz, Brandon Dismore and Lucas Odel and four members from Whiteside County including Quinn James, Madison Krum, Delaney Kuehl and Lara Bielema.
