It's finally here - Extension has a new website!

Quote

It's here! The new University of Illinois Extension website for Dewitt, Macon and Piatt counties is full of local and state resources now in a convenient and simple format whether you’re using a home computer or on the road with a smart phone.

We know these days you can get information just about anywhere. But why leave your family, your health, your finances, your crops up to a search engine? With a 100-year history of research-based outreach, when you turn to Extension’s network of experts, you’re turning to an organization you can trust because we live in the communities we serve.

You can find our staff with their sleeves rolled up weeding inner city gardens in Decatur, preparing our future work force by building robots with youth in Monticello and out in the field working with small farms to apply techniques to prevent nutrient and soil loss in Clinton. And we reach communities around the world through our blogs and videos.

Illinois Extension provides practical education through affordable classes and programs to help people, businesses, and communities solve problems, develop skills and create a better future. Based in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, Extension is the statewide outreach program of the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

We’re confident our new website will have everything you need from 4-H club forms to where to log Master Gardener volunteer hours, but if you do run into any issues, or can’t find what you’re looking for, fill out this contact form and a staff member will be in touch.

Thank you for your support.

Build your best life.
