Plant Sale and Local Vendor Event at Dixon Springs Agricultural Center

Simpson, Ill. - Longer days and warmer temperatures mean that it is almost time to start planting your backyard garden and flower beds.  University of Illinois Extension invites the public to a plant sale at the Dixon Springs Agricultural Center on April 30, May 6, and May 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.  In addition to various kinds of vegetable plants, flowering plants, houseplants, and succulents, locally made products will also be available to purchase.  Extension Master Gardener volunteers will be available with information about certain topics and 4-H members will have crafts and activities for kids.  Save the date and make plans to come out and see what all is available.  For more information, please visit www.extension.illinois.edu/ghhpsw.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event, please contact Jennifer Warren at jrwarren@illinois.edu or by calling (618) 695-2441.
