AMBOY,Ill.-4-H youth with rabbits are encouraged to attend our 4-H Rabbit Workshop on April 18 and June 6. Those interested are able to sign up for one or both workshop days and are asked to bring their animal to the workshop for hands-on learning. Both workshop days will take place at the University of Illinois Extension office in Amboy, IL.

On April 18, from 10-11:30am, 4-H’ers will learn about different breeds of rabbits, grooming tips for those breeds, and will practice showmanship techniques.

On June 6, from 10-11:30am, 4-H’ers will receive help selecting the correct fair entries for their rabbits, get help with ear tattooing, and will have time to practice judging the animals.
