Emma Eathington will graduate from the University of Illinois in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Leadership, Education, and Communications with a concentration in Organization and Community Leadership. While at the University of Illinois, she double minored in Horticulture and Animal sciences. She started with University of Illinois Extension in 2022 as the Knox County 4-H Program Coordinator. 

Emma grew up active in 4-H by exhibiting livestock throughout the country. She works directly with the 4-H club leaders, 4-H volunteers, the 4-H Federation team, and other community leaders to create the best possible experience for 4-H members and their families. Emma is a firm believer and a prime example of the lasting impact that 4-H can have on a junior's life. In order to truly make the best better, you have to start with the youth's development and education.
