Within the 4-H program Jessica creates opportunities for youth; opportunities to develop progressive, long-term outcomes. 4-H provides youth the opportunity to engage in learning, grow in independence and self-determination, experience a positive, inclusive and safe environment, and develop civic engagement. 4-H doesn’t teach youth to be leaders someday in the future; She helps place youth in meaningful leadership roles today and surrounds them with the tools and resources to be successful.
