Yes! You CAN: Pressure Canning 101

These free virtual classes will teach the basics of pressure canning at home and provide the latest safety guidelines. Participants will learn how to use dial-gauge and weighted-gauge pressure canners to can a variety of low-acid foods, including meats and vegetables at home.
