Garden

The climate of Illinois is changing and changing rapidly. We have observed strong trends towards more heavy rains and warmer temperatures throughout the year. These trends are expected to continue. We will explore the patterns and impacts of climate change on gardening in central Illinois and how Illinois gardeners can plant to deal with these changes.

Join University of Illinois Extension and Champaign County Master Gardeners for "Climate Change in My Backyard" with Dr. Jim Angel on Tues., Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. CST via Zoom.

This presentation will be recorded and, once edited, made available on our YouTube channel at https://go.illinois.edu/ccmgYouTube
