Preserving can take the shape of canning, freezing, drying, and fermenting- and you can do it at home!
This free workshop will cover needed equipment, supplies to get started preserving, and recipe resources to preserve safely.
A hands-on activity of freezing fall fruits will also be offered.
Youth age 7 and older are welcome to attend with an adult.
Pre-registration is required to attend.
