At this event, you will have a chance to swap your seeds, learn about Monticello’s In the Garden Little Seed Library, the Monticello Area Community Garden, and discover Illinois Extension resources for gardening and seed saving.
You can drop off seeds, seed catalogs or clean tubers/bulbs you would like to share at the seed swap prior to the event at the Piatt County Extension office or bring them with you to the event. If you are sharing seeds, please make sure they are labeled with name, growing information, date the seed was harvested to save.
