Join University of Illinois Extension for Preserving Safely: Freezing, Drying, Fermenting to learn about preserving methods such as freezing, dehydration, and fermentation. Nutrition and Wellness Educator Caitlin Mellendorf will share up-to-date information and processes to preserve safely at home.

The workshop is free but advanced registration is required. Participants may call the library at 217-543-2037 or register in person.
