Monticello Area Community Garden, Garden Plots Now Available! Dig in and grow your favorite fruits and vegetables, herbs and flowers this summer! 12' x 12' or 12' x 24' tilled plots. Located at Kirby Medical Center. Watering facilities provided. Please sign the community garden sublease and return it to the Piatt County Extension office.

Garden Fees
- Half plot: 12’ x 12’ - $20 annually (plus one time $15 deposit for new gardeners)
- Full plot: 12’ x 24’ - $35 annually (plus one time $15 deposit for new gardeners)
- Half plot: 12’ x 12’ - $20 annually (returning gardeners)
- Full plot: 12’ x 24’ - $35 annually (returning gardeners)

May 1 – October 15
To reserve a plot, register above and mail a signed Community Garden Sublease to Piatt County Extension, 210 S Market St., Monticello, IL 61856.
