4-H Teen Science Ambassadors not only grow their knowledge of STEM-related concepts, they build life skills, their resumes, and friendships!
These middle school and high school students learn — and then lead — hands-on, educational lessons for their communities or younger students. Topics have included: coding, nutrition, physics, aerospace, engineering, electronics, environmental science, and biotechnology — just to name a few.
Local 4-H Science Ambassadors have been part of the Illinois State Leadership Team for National 4-H STEM programs, attended 4-H in Space, and traveled to Washington, D.C. Join us this fall to become a part of this unique team of leaders and achievers.
