In a heartwarming initiative to express gratitude to our local veterans, Carroll County 4-H is excited to announce a series of Valentine's Day card-making workshops for youth ages 5 and up. The workshops will take place at four different locations, offering a creative and meaningful way for the community's youngsters to show appreciation to those who have served our country.

Participation is free, and a light snack will be provided at each session. To register, please call the respective location or register online. This heartwarming event not only encourages creativity but also instills a sense of appreciation and community spirit in our youth.
