This is a six-week class meeting on Fridays from March 15-April 26 (skipping March 29) from 1:30-4:30. This class is for those with diabetes or caring for someone with diabetes. It helps participants become better self-managers of their condition by discussing topics like nutrition, exercise, stress management, working with healthcare, dealing with symptoms. It will be held at the Moultrie County Health Department in Sullivan. There is no cost but you must pre-register by March 11. Cheri will be co-facilitating with Penny Arthur from the Moultrie County Counseling Center. Registration can be completed by calling the Moultrie-Douglas Extension Office at 217-543-3755.
