This class in now full

Are you tired of the same old store-bought bread? Craving the tangy taste and fluffy texture of homemade sourdough? Join Illinois Extension and the Danville Public Library for an introductory class and unlock the secrets of building and maintaining your thriving sourdough starter! ‍The class will occur on June 6 at 1:30 p.m. in the Danville Public Library, 319 N Vermilion St., Danville, IL 61832.
Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Rachel Mannen will lead this hands-on workshop. You'll learn the science behind sourdough, master the feeding and care techniques, and take home everything you need to make your starter. She will even share some great recipes!
